Columbus Health and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility, 49 licensed beds. We care for long term care residents and short term rehab stays post hospitalizations. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. We are hiring for dietary staff, housekeeping, certified nursing assistants (CNA), and RN and LPN staff.
